Today we’d like to introduce you to Johnathan Rodriguez.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

I started making music at the age of 14, but I didn’t really pursue or record anything official till I was about 19. I released my first mixtape “Mind Of A Monsta” in 2014 which brought me great feedback. So now with this new project I just released I hoped I would get even more support as I have evolved to an even more experienced and just better rapper overall. It feels amazing to finally get recognition from big artists such as Rick Ross and now my music is taking me places I have never been.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

I had to do a lot of learning, from learning how to record myself, learning music and different programs such as Pro Tools. watching countless tutorials and even paying for courses. I even learned how to record videos myself just so i can move at my pace.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

Music, I make music. I’m very unique yet versatile. I try to give my fans variety you know. So I really don’t limit myself to just one genre. As far as competition, Its everywhere. There is one hundred new musicians daily, but I guess I’m blessed enough to stand out.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

Don’t give up. Honestly I know it’s so cliché but like, its true, I’m just starting but its getting me this far.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

What’s next for you?

Well right now with my release of my newest album “Hearty Of A Monsta” I think I’m focused on promo for that but now that so many doors are opening i will try to get some big names and features to be on my follow up album,

Finally, how can people connect with you if they want to learn more?
