Today we’d like to introduce you to Ramdas Yawson.
It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
I’ve always been a natural entrepreneur since I was a little kid . It never made sense to me to depend on another person to earn my living . I have been involved in so many entrepreneurial journeys from trading forex and stocks full time, to running my own trucking business. In the last year, I decided to give the e-commerce industry a try and I’m glad I did just that. As terrible as covid 19 was in disrupting our everyday lives, it presented an unprecedented opportunity for online entrepreneurs.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
Where do I even start . I’ve had hurdles upon hurdles in my quest to becoming successful. I am still learning day by day . I came to the United States as an immigrant from Ghana about 21 years ago without knowing anybody . My journey has been nothing short of an adventurous movie. I had to battle the United States immigration for over two decades just to have the opportunity to live here legally . Dealing with the constant immigration issues made it very challenging to accomplish most of my goals since majority of my money and efforts went directly to trying to secure a legal residence. I realized I had to have my own back and nobody was coming to save me . Having this mentality allowed me to approach situations very differently .
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
I currently own a multi Six figure e-commerce brand where I was able to make over $300,000 in only 7 months from my apartment. After noticing the power of e-commerce in mid 2019, I decided to pay attention to the e-commerce space and did a thorough research on natural skincare and how to grow your brand utilizing the power of social media. My research stage took about 8 months but when I was done, I had no doubt my store was going flourish . My very first month in business , I made $30,000. The success continued month after month , before the end of my third month in business, I had already made 6 figures in sales . I specialize in using social media marketing to grow e-commerce businesses. I tell people all the time , marketing is the key to the success of many online businesses. I made it a point to document my journey since I started my brand and after making $300,000 in sales I wrote 5 ebooks sharing all the knowledge I gathered.
What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
Go into an industry that solves a problem . Don’t just go into a business with the sole purpose of making money. Find an existing issue, find a solution to that issue and people will pay you money to help solve their problems. Money rewards value .
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
The word success to me means having the ability to bring an idea or dream into manifestation . Success doesn’t happen overnight , but with consistency and perseverance, anyone with a focused mind can attain it.
What’s next for you?
The next stage for me is to take my business to a multi seven figure business in 2021.
