Keanu Reeves’ Band Dogstar Prepping New Music

Keanu Reeves is a Hollywood icon who has starred in films like The Matrix and John Wick. Many people may not be aware that Keanu Reeves has been a musician since a very long time. Reeves was a bassist in the grunge group Dogstar during the 1990s and early 2000s. After a 23-year hiatus, the band recently announced their reunion and that they will release new music. The band has been working on its first album since Happy Ending in 2000 and confirmed that it will be released this summer.

Dogstar launched an Instagram account in summer 2017 to announce their return. Since then, they’ve been sharing photos and videos from their studio sessions. The band is grateful for the positive response they have received from their fans. They plan to release new music and perform some concerts this summer. They have assembled an amazing team to assist them and are making a music clip to accompany their first song. The band is excited to share the new music they’ve created with their fans. They describe it as their most meaningful and satisfying batch of songs.

Dogstar isn’t without controversy. Metalheads will remember the notoriously hated Milwaukee Metal Fest 1992 set, where Dogstar was “killed” live on stage. The band, despite not being well received, remembers the experience with humor and fondness. Reeves recalls playing a Grateful Dead version at the festival and saying, “They just said, Fuck you. You suck.” I was smiling the most, man.” Dogstar, despite their rough start, is eager to share their new songs with their fans.

Keanu Reeves, Dogstar and their fans are all set to make a return, and they can’t get enough of the new music. The band is eager to share the most meaningful and satisfying songs they have ever written. They’ve been hard at work on their first album for over 23 years. Dogstar already performed a private concert and will release new music in the summer. The band, despite their controversial past, is eager to share their music on the public stage with old and new fans.
