“I always knew I wanted to step into coaching, speaking, or writing, but for reasons I couldn’t quite define, I never fully committed,” says Kaulbars. “Maybe the timing wasn’t right. Maybe I still had more to learn. But at 50 years old, I now know—this is my time. I’m all in.”

That moment of certainty was catalyzed by a chance encounter with Paul Getter, a well-known entrepreneur and marketing expert, at a Tampa seminar.

“Something told me to sign up—not just for the event, but for the VIP experience. I didn’t know much about Paul, but I knew I needed to be in a room with people who thought bigger.”

During that experience, a simple yet profound question was posed to him: Are you ready?

His answer was immediate: Yes.

That commitment set the stage for a new chapter—one where years of experience, strategic decision-making, and a commitment to action would propel him forward.

Unlike many entrepreneurs, Kaulbars didn’t have a privileged start. With no formal education beyond the eighth grade, he grew up in an environment where financial success wasn’t encouraged. The biggest obstacle wasn’t external—it was his own mindset.

“I had to unlearn the idea that success was out of reach for people like me.”

One of the most pivotal moments came when he saw an ad for an eight-week business course. The $500 fee seemed unattainable at the time, but a scholarship changed everything.

“That course changed the trajectory of my life. I learned about strategic planning, mentorship, and niching down. Within three years, my revenue jumped from under $200,000 to over $1.5 million.”

“The biggest business deals I ever closed weren’t because of a perfect sales pitch. They happened because I showed up, took action, and followed through.”

“True success means being out of balance sometimes. The real question is: What are you willing to sacrifice in the short term to achieve long-term success?”

To prevent burnout, he follows key productivity habits:

  • Early Mornings: Waking up at 4-5 AM gives him time for strategic planning.
  • Intentional Scheduling: Blocking time for work and personal life ensures consistency.
  • Regular Reset Periods: Every 4-6 weeks, he steps away to regain perspective.

“Success isn’t about working 24/7. It’s about knowing when to push and when to recharge.”


Scaling Impact: What’s Next for Jeff Kaulbars?

Looking ahead, Kaulbars is focused on scaling his influence through writing and speaking.

“I’ve always wanted to write a book—not just about business, but about resilience, mindset, and transformation.”

His goal? To reach thousands—maybe even millions—of people.

“If I’m dreaming big? Meeting Brian Tracy and speaking in front of thousands would be incredible.”

At his core, his mission is simple:

“Who you are speaks louder than what you say.”
