It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
Chosen One Productions and Scattered Envisions proudly announce the red carpet premiere of their newest, heartwarming film, “Daddy, I Love Him,” debuting at the Bel-Air Luxury Cinema on March 31, 2023. The red carpet event begins at 7 pm, followed by the movie screening at 8 pm.
Written by Miles Dixon and Richard Bass, and directed and produced by the talented trio of Michael Jeffers, Richard Bass, and Melissa Talbot, “Daddy, I Love Him” tells the story of Sonny and Rachel Jones as they raise their daughter, Candice, alongside Sonny’s sister, Barbara. Candice’s best friend, KiKi, adds an interesting dynamic to the mix with her promiscuous ways. The plot thickens when Rachel discovers Candice’s journal and notices her daughter has been acting strangely. Candice is in love with an older man, confiding intimate details to KiKi. Unbeknownst to Candice, KiKi takes a sneak peek into her journal, soon entangling the entire family in the drama, including Aunt Barbara. As the story unfolds, Candice’s father, Sonny, learns of her love interest, forcing the family to confront their fears and learn to accept the challenges that come with love, trust, and growing up. This movie was originally a play that had 6 consecutive sold out shows.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
The process to turn a play into a featured film was NOT easy. Making a film with an independent budget and getting the visuals beautiful and precise was challenging, however, the proper team was put together to make it happen.
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
I am multi-talented professional, a graphic designer, screenwriter, author, music producer, songwriter, sound engineer, podcaster, and father. With a wealth of experience and numerous accomplishments in each field, I am highly sought after in the industry. I am a creative visionary with a keen eye for detail and a knack for weaving engaging narratives in my work. As a graphic designer, I brings designs to life for branding, packaging, web design, and advertising campaigns. I am also an accomplished screenwriter and author with several published works. My talent for crafting lyrics and producing high-quality music has made me a top choice for music production projects. With an expert knowledge of audio equipment and software, I am a skilled sound engineer. My podcast allows me to share my vast knowledge and experience with aspiring creatives. Lastly, I’m a father that enjoys sharing his creative skills and knowledge with his children. My ability to switch positions effectively, combined with my experience, accomplishments, and creativity, that make me a highly respected and sought-after professional in the industry.
