A Journey of The Master Administrator- Candice J. Arnold

Today we’d like to introduce you to Candice Arnold.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

I always knew that I had a purpose, but I also knew that I was my own obstacle. Like many people, I thought if I strived for perfection that I would prevent disappointment, rejection or failure. By taking this approach, my journey was full of lessons and detours. However those lessons have become my greatest teacher and has created and effective blueshield personally and professionally.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

Today, I strive to be authentic in my life personally, professionally and spiritually. I have dropped the weight that does serve my purpose emotionally and physically. The result is, I am FREE to be me which allows me to live and execute my purpose everyday.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

I am aware that my industry is very competitive but if you listen to each and every client with the intentions of it being about their needs and vision-you will set the foundation of trust.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

After several years of managing, planning, and training organizations – I realized that the common denominator between my clients is that they all want to feel stress free.

Therefore building trust in the beginning by truly listening and treating every client as an unique individual, you will begin to make your special mark on the world.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success is very personal to each individual however I feel it’s important to desire success not only professionally but personally! If you feel peace, happiness and clarity personally-those traits will show up in your business- that’s success.

What’s next for you?

2023 is starting out to be booked and busy and I love it. I plan to travel internationally with my clients, although I will be working, I will not forget to relax by having some fun.

In 2022 , my business needed a makeover. i am so glad that I decided to take the journey. I’m so excited in May, 2023 Candice J. Arnold event planning  LLC will be re-introduced to the world.

Finally, how can people connect with you if they want to learn more?
