Today we’d like to introduce you to Aisya Carroll.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

That’s a great question. Perseverance, dedication, and believing in myself. Regardless of my experiences, I had to consciously make a decision to change my life for the better. Once I put in my mind I did not want to be a product of my environment, I made a plan. Once I made a plan. I put my plan into action. After putting my plan into action, I began seeing the results. And here we are today.

I decided at nine years old, that my life would not be the same as everyone else’s lives around me. Every day I reminded myself things are going to get better. I did not allow any obstacle that came my way to stop me. I changed my plans a few times when it was necessary.

I knew greatness existed for me. And that belief is what brought me where I am today.

I trusted in God and myself. The one thing that people forget is that, they have to believe in themselves when no one else believes in them. When no one else supports them, they have to support themselves. Despite not being supported by family and friends, I support it myself. How did I support myself? By waking up every morning and saying to myself “You got this Qween. You’re going to get through this.”

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

There were many challenges that came away from birth. I was born as a result of sexual assault. I was born into poverty. As a result of my mothers trauma, she became addicted to drugs. I lived in homeless shelters, strangers homes, ended up in foster care, was sexually abused, neglected, and so much more.

I was bullied by family members and classmates. I was told I was ugly, and that no one will want me. Sometimes I believed it. In those times when I did believe it my life did not go well. But there was still something inside me that made me remember I want to greatness.

As a young child I knew my only way out of the Hood, was to get an education. I had a third grade teacher that told me I was very smart and that I can go to college. I held onto that. And so I did well in school. I will go to the library and get books. One of my favorite books was by Maya Angelo, “ I know why the caged bird sings”.

I was able to relate to Maye Angelo because she experienced some of the same things I experience growing up. Yet, she was successful. Yet, she was free. And I looked forward to the day of being FREE.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

Currently, I am helping people all over the world heal from trauma. I am a life coach, speaker, meditation practitioner, spiritual practitioner, and psychic medium.

I created a program to help my clients change their lives. This program was designed by me only. The program has various tools available to my clients to help them on the healing journey. I use a combination of meditation, spiritual readings, rituals, and more to see what is blocking my clients from progressing. Once I’m able to see what’s blocking my clients from progressing. Then the work begins.

I share my life experiences with low self-esteem, neglect, abuse, codependency and more. I bring a real life experience to what I’m doing. My clients are able to relate to me. My clients feel safe with me. My clients know that I believe in them and I want them to succeed. As a result they are able to grow by leaps and bounds so quickly.

All of the tools that are provided in this program I have use myself. Each client that has taken their healing journey seriously has become successful after completing the program.

My program is different because I use a spiritual aspect in my program. The spiritual aspect allows my clients to see themselves in a different light. This brings peace to my client’s journey.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

My best piece of advice would be to learn meditation. Meditation change my life. It allowed me to see myself the way God sees me. I was so blinded by the way everyone else saw me. I was only focused on being successful and having money. I forgot that my soul needed to be fed.

Once I learned how to meditate successfully, life opened up for me. I am at the most peaceful place in my life I have ever been. My traumas do not haunt me anymore. I was diagnosed with PTSD years ago. I was on almost 10 different medication‘s just to get through the day because of my anxiety and triggers. I no longer need those medications. Meditation changed my life and I am much better.

If you are not able to join my program, learn how to meditate. Yes meditation is hard!!! But it will save your life. I suggest you look up YouTube videos, to learn how to meditate if you’re not able to participate in my program or anyone else’s program.

Meditation allowed me to release my fears. Meditation allowed me to release my traumas. Meditation allowed me to believe in myself even more than I did before. Meditation has allowed me to manifest the life I desire. And now I am living in complete peace.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success to me means being at peace with myself. The more I’m at peace with myself the more I don’t care about how people view me as an individual. Most successful people do not respond to negative comments on social media. Most successful people do not take to heart how other people view them in negative lights. As a result I had to come to terms with excepting myself fully and completely. And excepting myself fully and completely allow me to be more successful in everything I did. It allowed me to be more confident. It allowed me to be more free.

Some of the richest people in the world have do not have peace. Having money is great. But having money with no peace is disturbing. I’d rather have the peace that I have within myself then to be a billionaire, with no peace.

Success starts with how you view yourself. How do you view yourself? Do you feel yourself worthy to have the things you wish to have? Do you believe that you can achieve all of your goals? Can you achieve all of these things without peace? Once you get to the root of who you are, everything else becomes clearer.

Obtaining inner peace will allow any person to be successful in any aspect of their lives. That’s SUCCESS.

What’s next for you?

I just re-launched the second season of my podcast Survivor Not By Chance. We share survivor stories, to bring inspiration to people who are going to life’s obstacles. The show is positive, encouraging and uplifting.
We show how people take trauma, pain, and turn it into success stories.

I am also in the process of creating new programs for holistic wellness. I was successful in my weight loss journey. I lost over 60 pounds from changing the way I eat and practicing meditation daily, without exercising. The holistic program is going to allow people to shed weight from holding on to trauma.

I’m actively writing, and creating. I will be coming out with a new book early 2022. My readers are eager to find out what happens next in my book, “The Pressures of Becoming a Diamond”.

I am collaborating with organizations, to help individuals who are affected by trauma. I have several speaking engagements that are coming soon. The one I am most excited about is called, “Home for the Holidays”. I collaborated with a nonprofit organization called It’s Mine Movement. We will be discussing how to help individuals manage trauma we’re going back home for the holidays. So many individuals have been traumatized in homes, yet they still have to interact with their families.

Helping people heal is my goal.
