It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
I started making gold teeth in 2012 at my fathers jewelry store in atlanta. I grew being fascinated with teeth and enrolled to Atlanta Technical College for the Dental Technology associate degree program; therefore I graduated in 2018. I started Royal Teeth Lab as a dental lab working for various dentists fabricating dentures, crowns and veneers however I still wanted to make gold teeth but with a twist focusing more on the cosmetic and style aspect with my new book knowledge obtained. As the business is no longer a focused genre in the dental field; Royal Teeth Lab has became a note worth Jewelry store name to the public. Royal Teeth Lab is a staple in Atlanta and as a dedicated black owned brand brings education and positivity to the community. I’m of Indian descent but identify as an African American Muslim male from Atlanta.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
I was robbed and its shame to say that is typical amongst jewelry stores.
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
Royal Teeth Lab (RTL) is all about making our clients healthy and confident. I’m a 25 year old black male jeweler who invested in his passion. It doesn’t matter if someone buys a Grillz set or wedding ring, they’re not customers at RTL they are clients as they are involved in the custom process. My team at Royal Teeth Lab main goal is to make our clients healthy and confident. Our slogan “Style in your Smile” comprehended in its dissected nature where “Style” brings confidence as it’s an arrangement of personally defined appearance and putting a “smile” on our client’s face does exactly just that. Our goal is not about clients feeling happy, the “Smile” is solely beneficial towards bringing a healthy state of our clients physically and mentally. It’s a scientific fact that smiling releases powerful neuropeptides that help to fight off stress and increases your wellbeing. Therefore; wearing our custom beautiful/distinctive jewelry will help towards our clients health as RTL products are a form of medicine. We aren’t your typical Jewelers at RTL, we design custom contemporary Grillz, Rings, Earrings, Pendants and charms with esoteric properties. As a brand, our designs are not just stones in metal; they are unique, elegant, and luxurious jewelry that connect each of our customers to their personality, and beliefs. This is more than just stones and metal crafts. We are true generational alchemists transmitting cosmic energy through jewelry.
