It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
I’m a highly skilled licensed professional practicing nail wellness, and nail art since 1998. I have over 15 years’ experience in Nail Aesthetics and Conditioning. I am the proud owner of Nervani Beauty Boutique, Located in Montgomery NY specializing in Nails, Foot care, Lashes, and Microblading. My mission is to raise the bar in excellence for traditional nail enhancements, nail art, eyelashes, and microblading, services by show casing quality professionalism and excellent client services. Providing a uniquely holistic experience in nail health and conditioning” though a business, educational and corporate background guided my success for many years, my true passion is cultivating beautiful and healthy “Nails” with a focus on offering wellness through luxury services for women and men alike. I’ve obtained professional licenses administered in both New York and New Jersey. I work tirelessly to enhance my talents and introduce cutting edge innovation to her clients through Ongoing training.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
Some challenges that I faced as a new nail technician were charging my worth. Building my confidence level as a minority in this nail industry. Let’s face it, not to many nail technicians look like me. Attending nail trainings around the world with the top nail artist. This helped me stay on trend and kept me ahead of the game. I work on my skill set daily, I built my social media platform to 9k+ followers, and attend many industry expo events.
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
I am most proud of my success as a Certified Master Pedicurist (CMP) and Medinail Advanced Nail Technologist (M-ANT) as well as an approved trainer for the NYS trainee nail program. As a CMP and M-ANT, I have advanced training in aseptic techniques from the transfer of infection and trained to work on clients with different health aliments such as diabetes, chronic illness, structural deformities, identifying diseases and disorders of the skin, nails and feet, and pedicuring seniors. Making me the Only salon in Orange County New York working on diabetic clients.
What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
Be persistent and laser focused on your goal. You must put the time in to be successful.
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
Success means FREEDOM to live life how I desire, travel the world and enjoy my family. On my journey to success I want to help other nail bosses build their business to six figures.
