Meet Northern New Jersey’s Newest Vajacial Queen

Today we’d like to introduce you to Regina Williams.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

Hello. My name is Regina Williams. I am a wife, mother and business owner. State board Cosmetology licensed in New York and New Jersey. Since I was a little girl I had a passion for beauty. I chose a high school that offered a cosmetology program. I graduated high school with my New York State Cosmetology license and high school diploma in 2002. After high school I worked at several hair salons, until I found a passion for the makeup world. I gained my dream assignment at MAC cosmetics and Sephora. Later on I began my waxing career at European wax center. Now I am my own boss at ReginaXtinaArtistry Day Spa in Englewood, NJ.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

Learning when to pivot has been a challenge. During COVID-19 I was forced to shut down my business. With a new baby boy on the way I was lost and confused. But I re-adjusted and moved forward. I gave birth and was able to take some much needed time off. During my maternity leave I came up with a new plan for my business. In a new city and state I had to start from scratch. This has been a challenging process but I’m doing it.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

At our day spa we specialize in waxing, vajacial’s, intimate skin care and corrective skin care services. So many of my wax clients suffer from ingrown hairs. I have clients that have been shaving for years and getting waxed by people that aren’t experienced enough to really educate them on proper intimate skin care. They don’t call me “The Vajacial Queen” for nothing. I have also battled adult acne. So not only do I have personal experience with how to battle acne, I have treated over one hundred clients with acne. I have been able to service well over 200 women with intimate area dysmorphia and treat my clients battling acne to clearer healthier skin.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

Do some research to find out what your people need help with. Become the answer to someone’s prayers. The more you help someone fix something they despise about themselves and you’re able to help build their confidence. You will build lifetime clients.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Honestly success means to me, being able to do what I love and making a ton of money doing it !

What’s next for you?

What’s next for me is expanding my business. Creating more products that can really help treat my clients skin and intimate areas. Continuing my education on how to build the best spa I can while helping my clients look and feel their best !

Finally, how can people connect with you if they want to learn more?

You can connect with me on our website at ReginaXtinaArtistry.com or Instagram at ReginaXtinaArtistry.

Thank you so much for sharing a bit of my story and I pray that it helps someone get closer to their goals.
