It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
Since the Pandemic launch of my organic hair product line H.O.M.E Hair Solutions the mission has been to help educate and change the way you normally choose your unique hair textures products. Experienced with so many different nationalities I have always been the stylist to have the answers or at least be willing to find them. Salon Niquel is a fun environment of creativity and healthy hair transitions I wanted to create colourful style trendy content for my business that would start the conversations of the young female business owner . The process of the making BUNDLES the movie was created and is now streaming on Tubi Tv.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
The Pandemic was biggest challenge of being a gift and a curse. With our doors closed we choose to increase client hair care knowledge via at home hair care regimen with our newest brand H.O.M.E Hair Solutions and work to submit my film. I bumped into more challenges of being a woman in film and not being taken seriously. Having creatives as friends and a natural network of professionals made the task of production into art so tho creating this film was a hands on crash course of the film industry and the needed structure of production and funding I pushed through with creative passion and like minded cast and team.
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
Licensed Cosmetologist/ Filmmaker…. The beauty of faces from hair styling to video is my passionate. Each shot, pose, or daily look can be a mood or energy that I can inspire people with from within themselves to others admiration. The goal of anything that I work with and create is to organically flow aesthetically creative creating healthy environments of conversation through style and beauty.
What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
My grandmother and 60’s Fashionista who patron the salon with the intense message “stick to the soil” and never give up. Try different things to see what you love and can be passionate about and finish your plans and projects thoroughly from start to finish by developing a plan before during and after.
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
Success has many forms accomplishment, awards, satisfactory these are all forms, being able to create a lifestyle for myself and family sustainable without governmental assistance and financial setbacks in an already written society. I consider that success
