Keep Going. Keep Going. Keep Going

Today we’d like to introduce you to Aaron Krahling.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

I went to college to be a stockbroker, That was my dream since I was a kid. I attended East Carolina University where I earned a bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in personal finance. I knew why I wanted and that’s where I was headed. After college I worked a government job for the department of transportation in Washington, DC but eventually ended up living in Ocean City, MD and working at Merrill Lynch as a broker. I had gotten married to a hottie, had the job of my dreams had lived at the beach, life was awesome. Then comes the crash of 2008. I was laid off, shortly after divorced and decided to go to grad school and earn my MBA. I ended up becoming a personal trainer but my entrepreneurial spirit got the best of me and I ended up starting my own vitamin and supplement store called Vita Haüs Supplements. Through the connections I’ve made over the years, I was able to start several brands of supplements. Currently I am in Manhattan and will be speaking at the Javit’s center on behalf of my company Brain Nerd nootropics. The brand was a concept a friend of mine and I had 7 years ago and now it is a brand that we get go travel and share with the world for.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

I think I’ve failed at at least 100 ventures over the years, literally. I’ve tried everything from several different network marketing companies, a boat shrink wrapping business, a series of 144 websites with the same theme/purpose that failed horribly, I even got caught selling candy as a kid in school and that messed that up. I’ve had to learn the hard way in every single venture because either I was too arrogant to follow instructions because I always had a better way or in many cases, simply taking shortcuts. Once these bad habits are ingrained in you they are hard to overcome, but with intentional positivity, spending time in nature and getting right with God, you can learn and do better next time. So that’s what I did. Just a little better every time.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

I am the owner of a vitamin and supplement store called Vita Haüs Supplements. We carry products that you just won’t find at any chain type of supplement store. The reason any person would want to work for me over the competition is because I foster opportunity. I have such a vast network that if someone works for me and they are the best, I can make them very wealthy. You genuinely help me, I’ll help you back, 100%

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

Surround yourself with people who you want to be like. If you can’t do that, surround yourself with other that are striving to be like who you want to be like. Throw negativity out of the window. You are what you believe you are and your future is what you believe it will be. You are the master of your own destiny as cliche as that may sound. Don’t focus on anything more than you focus on genuinely improving yourself. I’ve seen the absolute best results in life and also getting the things I want by working on myself being brutally honest and making myself a better person. That will get you the things and the life you desire. I promise.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success means first and foremost, being able to take care of yourself and the people you care about. That’s true success. On a business level, success is taking something, whether it be an idea, product or an entire business , and adding value to it. In a nutshell that’s all success means in w business. That also relates back to personal life in a way. When you invest in your family and people who are important to you, you increase their value also in many ways and that’s another sign of success. Finally, for me success is me being there for my 14 year old daughter. I’ve been a single dad for 12 years now, full custody, and I’ve learned more from my relationship with that kid than anything else in life. For the first time in my life, I’m happy to see another person smile, even if it’s not because of me. Seeing that person, my kid smile, that’s success 🙂

What’s next for you?

I plan to continue to go to trade shows and speak to the public. I’m now a private money broker and I will continue to run my other ventures but will be shifting gears toward real estate projects. I’ve been working under a successful mentor and am excited to see how things progress.

Finally, how can people connect with you if they want to learn more?

If you want to get a hold of me, you can shoot me a message on IG @ceo_vita_haus or email me at aaron@vitahaus.com Id give my mailing address since I love getting the good old snail mail, but the world has become a little too crazy for that these days.
