Worldwide (November, 2024) – Holistic Wellness leaders, innovators and pioneers in Fascial Maneuvers, Human Garage, will host their Virtual Transforming Trauma event on November 30, 2024, guiding participants through Fascial Maneuvers™ to release trauma, tension, and unresolved emotions stored in the body. The interactive event, which will be held via Zoom, brings together founders and special guests in the fields of movement, music, and astrology to help attendees engage in practical self-healing techniques.
Running from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. PST, the event offers a unique opportunity to address the physical impacts of trauma with tools specifically designed to relieve chronic tension and pain. “Transforming Trauma” will be led by Human Garage founders Garry Lineham, Cynthia Leavoy, Aisha Rodrigue, and Jason van Blerk, who have spent over a decade perfecting Fascial Maneuvers™ as a method to alleviate stress and trauma retained within the body’s connective tissue, known as fascia. The lineup also features Kriya movement expert Ra of Earth, musician DPAK, and astrologer Chris Witecki, each bringing their expertise to enhance the event’s focus on comprehensive wellness.
