Brown understands the challenge firsthand. Before becoming a leadership coach, he spent more than two decades leading teams in luxury hospitality, where demanding schedules and constant performance were part of everyday life. While his career flourished, he realized that success carried a hidden price when work consistently took priority over being fully present at home.
That experience reshaped his perspective on productivity. Instead of asking how professionals could accomplish more, Brown began asking how they could accomplish what mattered most.

Brown’s leadership philosophy reflects more than theory. His professional background includes executive leadership roles at Stein Eriksen Lodge, Waldorf Astoria Park City, Sundance Mountain Resort, and several premier mountain resorts throughout Utah. He is also a Certified High Performance Coach, published author, Eagle Scout, Rotary International board member, and former Scoutmaster.
Equally important, Brown brings the perspective of a husband of more than 23 years and father of four, experiences that continue to shape both his coaching and his mission.
