It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
Hello I’m James Myrthil. New York real estate investor/ Day trader. I started off my investing career with $16,000 and that money eventually flipped to $77,000 15 months later. That amount of money in my bank account gave me the motivation I needed to be where I’m at today. They to call the bank manager to make sure my check wasn’t fake. 3 people had to verify that money.
4 months later I purchased another investment property with $37,000 and that money eventually turned to $130,000! For the first time in history I had over six figures in my bank Account.
I was also into stocks but never fully understand trading. I quickly connected with some big traders and they started to go sour on me. I got into trading crypto with very little money just to test the market. I started making more money trading than my rentals. I then sold a house so I can make serious trades.
Most of my trades stared to blow up right in front of me. I was getting very excited. With this kind of power and opportunity, I knew with good WiFi, I can print money.
I lost some money during the process. I went through a few bear markets, but I’m still pumping. Today I have a few assets bringing in cash flow, I have a trading group, and I’m driving my dream car.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
Leaving stagnant family and friends behind. I also had to leave a six figure job working for New York City transit. Not having any real support. It’s a lonely journey
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
I help new investors get into real estate and invest into crypto. I have no competition. I’m a humble investor. I compete with no one. Just trying to be a better me over time
What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

Success is doing things at your own time. You call the shots. No alarm clock. Wake up when you want to. Say no to anything that conflicts with your energy
What’s next for you?
1 million dollars. Penthouse. Big boats. Long flights, light luggage. You know….cool stuff.
