It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

Throughout her life, Alexandra Duran has always had a passion for music. Alexandra Duran sang for the church band at age 13 and took choir classes in high school. During her college years she went through many difficulties and put music aside. After drastically parting ways with her son’s father in 2018, she was seeking her purpose in life and after praying about it, she decided to go back to music. Alexandra Duran took music lessons in 2019-2020, and in 2021 she wrote her first single “Volvi a Empezar” a Latín pop song. After finding herself she realized that music is really her greatest passion. Alexandra Duran is a Latín pop and Pop singer/songwriter. Alexandra Duran wants to inspire others and show that it is possible to start over after tough situations and follow your dreams. She wants to be an example for other woman to put themselves first in life and find their happiness. Alexandra Duran hopes to make a change with her music through positive messages and to inspire many.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

The biggest challenges I had to overcome were believing in myself. I had to push through all the self doubt and just get it done. I built my confidence from the ground up.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

I am a singer/songwriter. I write and sing Latin pop and pop songs. I am really passionate about music and I truly enjoy every step of the process. I am very determined to learn every step and really perfect everything in order to be the best. I don’t consider it a competition with other because music is all about creativity but it’s mainly a competition with myself to continue to improve and be the best version of myself so I can give the best of me through my music.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

I would say self development is extremely important and discipline. When nobody believes in you, you have to believe in yourself and be disciplined enough to push through all the hard times even when you don’t even know what the next steps are because it’s all part of the process. Self development is something that needs to be done in order for us to become the best version of ourself and be able to give the best through our work.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success to me is doing something that you love and that you are good at and are able to contribute to others in some way. It’s doesn’t have to be all about the money but the money usually comes when you are doing what you love and giving back in a way.

What’s next for you?

I just released my first song “Volvi a Empezar” it’s a Latin pop song and I want to continue working on music. I have a few songs that I’ve already written both Latin pop and Pop and just need to get into the studio to record and get them ready for the world to hear.

Finally, how can people connect with you if they want to learn more?
