Break Patterns & Flip Perspectives With The Frankie Lee Podcast

Today we’d like to introduce you to The Frankie Lee Podcast.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

Well, I started the podcast about 12 months ago. My aim was to help others “Break Patterns & Flip Perspectives” in their lives and businesses. I came to Australia 7 years ago with a bag of clothes and $6000. Within 3 weeks I had spent all the money on getting set up here so I had to work as a tilers assistant just to make enough money to pay rent. When you’ve started in another country from zero it teaches you a formula for success that you can only get through experiences. My podcast shares the experiences of those who have been on a similar path and journey allowing them to distill their wisdom so others can fast track their own way to whatever success is to them.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

The biggest challenge was starting at zero. Zero money, zero following, and zero listeners. The beautiful thing about starting at zero is the fact that the only way you can go is upwards. That’s powerful when you think about it. I have found that everything that’s ever been worth doing within my life has had its fair share of challenges. Let’s face it, not everything is meant to go your way in life and that’s cool. The real juice, the real learnings for me have always come from the journey itself. I focus fully on doing the reps. Putting in the hard yards and work consistently over time. That’s how you win the game and make a dramatic impact in your life & business. The success of The Frankie Lee Podcast all comes down to consistency. If you want success in your life, turn up and do the reps.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

The beautiful thing about The Frankie Lee Podcast is that we aren’t trying to sell you anything. The podcast is all about empowering you with the value needed to move your life forward. I have found that adding a mass amount of value to the world at scale with a podcast means that as a byproduct the value will return to me in the future abundantly anyway. Take a listen to The Frankie Lee Podcast on Apple, Spotify, or Youtube and you’ll see for yourself how value-driven everything I put out into the world is. If you win, I win. It’s that simple. People tend to get this fundamental key to success twisted.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

If you want to increase the value and success in your life, first look at how you can serve the world at a higher level yourself. If you can add more value to someone else’s life or business the money will come as a by-product. Rather than looking specifically from your perspective on how you can find more success, why not look at how you can first help others get what they want. If you help enough people get what they want in life, you will find that you’ll more often than not get more of what you want. Success comes down to one thing, doing long-term business with long-term people. If you carry this philosophy throughout your life and business you will have way more success as your relationships will be strong and pay you over and over again throughout your life.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success to me is freedom of time. Do what you want, when you want, with whoever you want. That is all success is, Freedom. The world tends to measure success based on how much stuff you have accumulated in life. Stuff like cars, homes & watches. It’s a game you cannot win, nor should you wish to. Success is freedom and happiness with yourself and who you get to help/do business with. I spent 5 years chasing money without a purpose to serve the world with it. That’s why it alluded me for so long. It is only when I focused on the value I provided others that the success and abundance life has to offer started to turn up in my world. Listen to The Frankie Lee Podcast as I dive deep into this with many entrepreneurs.

What’s next for you?

I like to keep it really simple so it’s simply more reps of the podcast. Dropping more value on thousands of people’s ears one step at a time. Never underestimate the value of compound growth. It’s the 8th wonder of the world and something you can control by taking daily actions towards whatever it is you wish to achieve.

Finally, how can people connect with you if they want to learn more?

You can follow me on Instagram @FrankieLee as that’s the platform I use the most. If you want to learn more about me or listen to the podcast simply go to FrankieLee.com. If you have any feedback or think you would be a great guest on the show let me know at bookings@frankielee.com.
