Today we’d like to introduce you to Baurjan Tulegenov.
It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
At a young age, I didn’t have much time to be a child. Due to domestic abuse and poverty, my mother decided to move from Kazakhstan to Belgium. In hope to find a better future for me and my sister, she took risky and courageous decisions for which I will be forever grateful. This situation thought me that everything is possible if you set your mind to it. I made a promise to my mother that when “I’ll grow up”, I’ll give her everything back she gave me. This was my driving force to become better and stronger every single day. If you have a strong why, the how becomes easy.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
In the beginning phases of my journey as an entrepreneur I built a lot of debt for myself. Due to inexperience and poor money management I hit rockbottom, financially, spiritually and physically. In my first year as an entrepreneur I didn’t earn a single dime, but I understood that it was a necessary lesson. A breakdown for my breakthrough. In life you don’t get what you want but what you are and I needed those lessons to become better, wiser and stronger. After that year I understood how to treat my business as a business and not a hobby. To treat my goals as smart goals and not wishes.
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
At the current moment we are educating 500.000 students in 19 languages in 30 countries about trading on the Foreign Exchange markets, cryptocurrencies and E-commerce (drop shipping). So we specialize ourselves in education on how to leverage the power of your smartphone and social media to create a life where one can be independent from a regular life, same routines and an average lifestyle. I believe that education and personal development is the strongest weapon to change the world. Besides that I am a founder of my own social media/ branding agency where we focus on elevating brands through meaningful content and social media strategies.
What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
Your current life/reality is an end product of your personality. Your personality comes to life through the way you think, act and feel. If you want to change your life, you need to change the way you think, act and feel. Find yourself an environment which has the results you want. Your network is your net worth. Learn the relevant skills from relevant people. The only limit is the one you set for yourself.
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
I believe that success is measured in the lives you can impact. For me success is a life which I can live on my own terms. Be free in the way I think, work and travel.
What’s next for you?
My next goals are to launch our educational platform in the Russian markets. I want to give back to my country where I was born, by providing the relevant information and education they need to improve their quality of their life. My goal is to share the exact steps and strategies which helped me to become successful.
