Today we’d like to introduce you to Nikki Bryan.
It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
I’m a Virgin Islands native, a wife, a mom, a I/O consultant and mindset coach. But many know me as Nikki or Nikki B., the celebrity baker and owner of D’Delicious Delicacies, and now the author or Create Your Own Magic. In all aspects of my life I have been delivering sweetness and positivity to others, and I enjoy doing it. From a young girl I was the reliable sister, cousin, friend that would provide reassurance and hope to others. I’ve always believed that life doesn’t have to be a struggle, life is simply what we make it. Despite my many adversities in life, I always chose to persevere. When things would happen I always chose to recreate the narrative. To date, that is still who I am, that is how I got to where I am today. Standing firm that you have to affirm the life that you want, create the space for it to be and it’ll manifest.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
Success definitely does not come easily. It takes consistency. Which may seem easy but it’s not. Its hard to stay consistent sometimes when you’re juggling your personal and professional life. One of my biggest challenges has been prioritizing my health, which can be a full time job. My health often fell to the side because I would get extremely busy and forget to eat or eat the wrong things. With that came internal issues that caused weight gain that altered my appearance.
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
At this moment I am focusing on growing my consulting business, L.T.L Consulting and Coaching. Limited to Limitless Consulting and Coaching Firm, is a space for executives, entrepreneurs, and creatives to consult with an expert in mindset shifts and resets. Focusing on you as the leader and creative, as well as your goals! Working with me provides you an advantage that others coaching may not provide, intuitive insight. I spend time building a relationship with my clients to guide them in creating the realities they desire, regardless of their circumstances.
What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
Success starts with you! Go within and discover the answer to these questions: How do you love yourself? How dedicated are you to yourself and your goals? How interested are you in fulfilling your purpose?
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
Success to me is staying committed to the journey of accomplishing your goals, even when the path or vehicle changes.
What’s next for you?
Being more intentional in fulfilling my purpose. Whether it’s through my businesses, speaking engagements, tv or radio shows, or introducing my book to more people. I know that I have a lot to share that would be beneficial to others on their journey.
