Today we’d like to introduce you to Adam Groves.
It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
For starters, I’m a high school dropout. That’s always a fun story to tell people. I’ve worked at Walmart and I was also a janitor at a gas station. Basically I was searching online businesses back in 2013 and that led me to get into day trading, which eventually led me to where I am now which is e-commerce.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
Biggest challenges I think anybody faces when coming up are the naysayers. There will always be people that look down on you or don’t believe in you, sometimes even the people closest to us. Being a high school dropout was a challenge at times as well. People judge you based on things like that. I think I’ve done well at proving them wrong, but most importantly proving myself right.
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
I own a company called Top Tier E-Commerce. We specialize in building and managing e-commerce stores for people all over the world. We deal mainly with Shopify and Facebook Marketplace. It’s all completely automated for the client, they don’t have to ever lift a finger. We do all the work for them.
What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
If you want to take the island, you need to burn the ships. Meaning, when your backs against the wall you’ll find a way. Make success happen by any means. Not succeeding is not an option.
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
To me, success means living life on your terms. Having the power to do what you want when you want to do it, not answering to any type of boss. Having the time freedom to come and go as you please, spend time with family and loved ones.

Next we are just going to continue crushing it with Top Tier E-Commerce and our clients. We just opened a new office and hired new staff to take this to the next level.
