Francys Lorena Herrera, a prominent fashion designer with more than 14 years of experience in the industry, has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to excellence and empowerment in her professional career. From her beginnings as an Associate Fashion Designer for Ángel Sánchez in Caracas, Venezuela, to her current role as Fashion Designer Director for Ciska Modas CA in Barquisimeto, Lara, Venezuela, Francys has left a significant mark on the world of Fashion.

With a solid academic background, including a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design from the Art Institute of Miami and currently an MBA with a concentration in Business and Management from Florida National University, Francys has combined her passion for design with a comprehensive education that has prepared her to lead in the industry.

His professional career includes collaborations with renowned international brands and companies, as well as notable achievements, such as his participation in the Runway 7 NYFW Fashion Show during New York Fashion Week in October 2022, where he presented a menswear collection that captivated audiences and critics alike.

Additionally, in February 2022, Francys was awarded 2nd runner-up in the prestigious national RunwayMuse competition, granting her the opportunity to produce and market a funded collection valued at $17,000.00 in collaboration with Soho Muse Marketplace in NY. These achievements are testament to her talent, dedication and exceptional skills in fashion design.

Throughout her career, Francys has not only achieved professional success, but she has also been a mentor and tutor to emerging fashion designers, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential in the industry.
