Learn How This 23 Year Old Jonathan Aguilar Became A Millionaire Through Real Estate
Today we’d like to introduce you to Jonathan Aguilar.
It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
It’s been a crazy ride. I’m 23 years old, moving to Miami into the penthouse of my dreams and Just bought my dream car a Lamborghini urus. If you would’ve told me that I would be doing this 5 years ago I would’ve told you you’re lying. I was sleeping at my parents house with a negative bank account of -$200 just 4 years ago. Now my real estate business is clearing over $350,000/month and I only spend $50k/month in expenses. I’ve worked long nights, studied from successful mentors, shut down friends and parties when I had to be focused. I do what’s called wholesaling real estate and I’m pretty good at it. I started on YouTube university when I was 19 and every one of my friends were getting drunk at college in their fraternity’s. I had to go to free events just to network and meet successful people and beg them to teach me their ways. After 30 days of cold calling and dialing hundreds and hundreds of people I got my first deal for 7k. It was the most money I’ve seen in my life. Then I took that money and invested into courses, coaches and did everything they taught me. It wasn’t easy and definitely took a lot of hard work determination and grit. But in the end it was so worth it. I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
At first it was definitely not knowing what to do. I had to learn on YouTube starting out and thought I could do it all myself for the longest time. Then after a while I started learning that the very successful people had teams and staff that operated very differently than a 1 man team. I had to expand my mind and hire people, train them, become a leader and devote all of my time to this business. It was the lonely nights, the doubts in my head, the doubters and everyone in my town thinking I wasn’t going to amount to anything. It was a tough time in my life but it all drove me. I knew that if I stuck to my plan and put in the work and effort it would all be worth it one day. One of the biggest lessons and short cuts in life I learned was what my mentor calls “Taking the elevator instead of the stairs.” It basically means take an easier route instead of doing it the hard way. That’s when I dropped 40k on a coaching program that enabled me to grow my business to 100k+/month. It was the best money I’ve ever spent and would do it every time 10x over if you asked me again.
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
I specialize in wholesaling real estate and help people start and grow their real estate business to 150k+/month minimum. I don’t just give you exactly what I learned along the way but I make sure you’re learning the habits and behavior it takes to become a millionaire. Most people think it’s impossible to make this amount of money but if you train your mind and rewire your beliefs about yourself to work for you instead of against you, the road is much much easier than most people believe. I take pride in my work and want others to succeed with me. A lot of people say it’s lonely at the top but I don’t believe that for a second. You can bring everyone along with you if they’re willing to put in the work and that’s why I love helping people that are driven, focused, and willing to do whatever it takes to improve their financial life. I look forward to the coaching sessions, the weekly check ups, the questions and problems most people have because someone always has a solution for a problem nowadays. The good news is I’ve already mastered this business and now I want to give away everything I’ve learned along the way to people that want to get this kind of lifestyle.
What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
Believe in yourself. No matter where you come from or what kind of past you have, trust me. You can do it. If you set your mind to something and want it bad enough you can get it. I was dirt broke and had nothing to my name. All you need is some belief in your self and the will to go get it. The rest can be learned from a coach or mentor. Set a goal and never let that goal go until you achieve it. You’re literally able to change your entire world if you’re willing to do whatever it takes in order to do so. If you have hunger and a Desire to be more in life, hold onto that hunger for life. It’s going to be your driving force for getting everything you want in life. Never let anyone tell you you can’t do something. If anyone ever doubts you, let that be a reason in your head to prove them wrong. Use it as fuel for your fire. Let it drive you. Prove them wrong. Stick to your goals and shut everything out until you succeed. I promise you it’s going to all be worth it one day. I wouldn’t trade anything for my journey. It’s been a long ride but success tastes so much better when you know you’ve earned it.
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
Success to me means setting a goal and continually working to achieve that goal. Sometimes your goal changes and when it does you change what you need to do in order to achieve it. Success isn’t a stagnant thing. You don’t just become successful. It’s an ongoing process that isn’t ever over. Once you reach a goal it’s time to set another one and go after it like a hungry dog going after a truck full of meat. Success to me means going after something that’s worth while and meaningful to you and doing everything in your power to achieve it. My favorite thing about success is that you LITERALLY can not fail. Most people don’t understand this but think about it. There’s only one way to not be successful and that’s to quit. If you think about it that way, everyone can be successful. It’s literally impossible to lose if you refuse to quit. It could take you years but if you achieve it after that time and don’t quit you’re successful at the end of the day. I love success and I do it every day because if you just make a little bit of progress towards a worth while goal you were successful for the day.
What’s next for you?
Changing peoples lives. I’ve changed my life dramatically from being a small town kid with a graduating class of 70 and now I want to help the rest of the world. It’s time to give back and help everyone who wants to grow and be more. It’s time to change millions of lives and impact the world for a better place. I’ve dedicated the last 4 years of my life to setting myself up for the future and now it’s time to focus my time on helping everyone get to where I’m at. I’m going to be coaching and helping people achieve financial freedom while building a massive portfolio of real estate to take care of my family and future family. It’s time to build real, massive wealth for the people that I love and care for. I’m only 23 but I’m already thinking about my future wife, kids, and their kids. I’m retiring my parents, making sure they’re health and life is a priority and sharing everything I’ve built and currently building. I look forward to doing this because after that I’m going for bigger problems in the world. I want to build schools, shelter, and help people in need that don’t have this opportunity. I was put on this earth for a purpose and I’m going to make a massive impact for the better.
