Today we’d like to introduce you to Dushyant Sharma.
It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
Hi! My name is Dushyant and I am from New Delhi, India, After graduating, I joined my first organization as a travel consultant. Everything was going great but the company I was working for decided to wrap up their operations. I was in love with the work I used to do so with a little tweak to their existing business model, I started my own venture www.searchastay.com. Now after 5 years of hard work by me and my team we promote over 2000 properties that host 7500 guests every year through us.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
The journey hasn’t been easy for sure. I remember the most initial challenge was to convince clients to give me an opportunity and I did work really hard to prove my worth. Me and my team are still pushing boundaries and working hard to be the best service provider in our industry.
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
Searchastay is changing vacation rental management by offering homeowners/managers better performance, lower fees and unparalleled flexibility. The Travel Industry is very competitive and staying afloat specially after the pandemic Covid 19 itself was a very big challenge but we opened new avenues of getting business and being flexible with our business policy. I can proudly say that no one can offer services and client support like we do.
What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
I will say try and build something that brings value to your clients and trust me if you have a good product/service, money will definitely follow.
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
To me success means seeing my family happy.
