Today we’d like to introduce you to Ryan Paolucci.
It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
I’m Ryan. I’m 27 years young and a father of two. My business is real estate & I currently own $1.2 million worth of real estate & own Western New York’s hardest working and youngest real estate brokerage.
My real estate journey started with Investing. While working a terrible office job making $15.85 per hour, I purchased my first 3-unit property with a low-down payment FHA loan. I personally fixed up all of the units, rented out the 2 vacant apartments, and lived in the third. Simultaneously, I purchased the property next door using seller financing. I “house hacked” my way to the next property.
Before purchasing the next one I got my real estate license and started helping clients Buy & Sell Real Estate. At that point I developed a burning passion for real estate. Now, I personally invest, flip, buy, sell, and help others do the same!
Today I own several properties across WNY and have a beautiful property under contract in Florida.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
The hardest part about doing anything substantial is committing to it. It’s easy to get distracted and go in a million different directions. But it’s important to know that you’re going to fail no matter what and you’ve got to keep moving forward until you figure it out. I’m still learning to this day and face challenges all of the time.
Just this past week I was up on a roof for hours in the freezing cold with freezing wet feet from walking through the high snow. Do I want to do it? Hell no. But sometimes you have to make sacrifices to get to where you want to be. It’s not going to be easy, but it’ll be worth it.
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
I’m a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker. I’m basically a Real Estate Agent that started my own Brokerage. I am still an active agent and actively selling and working with clients. I help people Buy & Sell their personal residences or investment properties. I’ve helped people all over. From out of the country, out of state, local, In my own neighborhood, and even some of my tenants! People looking to buy or sell their houses or investment properties should go with someone experienced in buying and selling. Not only have I helped clients buy and sell millions and millions of dollars’ worth of real estate, but I personally buy and sell properties every single year for myself. I know what to look for in a property. I know how to fix it and increase value. I can advise things that other agents cannot. When choosing an agent, choose someone extremely knowledgeable and choose someone that is actually walking the walk!
What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
Stop making excuses and just do it. Simple as that!
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
True Happiness. It means something different to everyone, so I think it’s important to pursue what makes you happy.
