Now, in as much detail as you’re willing to share, why don’t you tell us about what you do?
Combined we have been in the wellness industry for over 12 years, but always felt like something was lacking. Last year we came together with our individual passions to create something that’s never been done before. We knew now more than ever was the time to launch a transformative brand to give the everyday woman a real answer to her struggles with keto. Smart Simple Support, no bells, no whistles. Just good science, good education and true support. That’s what we stand for.
Looking back, what success advice would you give to your younger self?
Expect BUMPS! Lots of them! It’s not about the destination, but the journey. Over the past year we have learned that nothing is going to go exactly as planned (laughs). But, we have always learned that by taking each day as it comes we can enjoy the journey and the community we are helping. Also, fear is a liar. Some of our greatest success came from us doing the things that terrified us. When we stopped comparing and worrying and started acting with passion, everything changed.
Do you have any final thoughts you would like to share with our audience?
If you have a passion, it’s there for a reason. Never be afraid to not only ASK “what if” but to ACT on it. Your journey will inspire and impact so many lives along the way. You owe it to yourself and to those watching you to step into your greatness
