Today we’d like to introduce you to Ghesi Stojanov.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

I have always had the heart to help for as long as I can remember. So much so that, as a kid, I would ask God to use me to spread love and light.

Well, they say, “Be careful what you wish for,” because you never fully understand the journey you will have to take to get you there.

And that was exactly what happened to me.

Up until six years ago, I would ask why life seemed like one hurdle after another. Because I always felt like I was battling through life. I had to battle through the sudden loss of my oldest son at six months of age when we were in a freak car accident. I had to battle my way through an aggressive Breast Cancer diagnosis. I had to battle through job losses, relocations, and navigating my youngest son’s genetic disorder.

And it was not until I was recovering from breast cancer in 2014 did I have my life-changing Ah-Ha moment when I realized that every hurdle in life that I was able to overcome was an opportunity to use what I learned to help other people.

I fully understood at that moment that God had answered that prayer.

That’s the why behind my Faith-Based Transformational Coaching practice and why I’m passionate about what I do. Because I love helping my clients, who range from teens navigating life to stage 4 cancer fighters own their journey and turn their trauma into triumphs.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

There is always a learning curve when you’re stepping into something new. I needed to make sure I had the tools I needed to be as effective as possible, and I needed to learn to trust my inner voice as a new business owner.

No one goes from not knowing how to walk to sprinting overnight. A natural process of confidence building and equipping that had to take place before I could step into my full power and abilities.

Speaking was one of the scariest things I had to learn to overcome, and I still get nervous before speaking, but I’ve learned to calm that down by reminding myself that it’s not about me. That they are here to hear what I have to share and how it can help them.

And as I grow, there will always be a new challenges, but I think that’s what makes life exciting!

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

When someone comes to see me, we will work on the whole body. I believe that our Emotional, Mental, Physical and Spiritual wellness are all connected, and if we want to find harmony, we need to give attention to the whole body to introduce a better way of being.

This helps equip my clients with the tools they need to redefine their minds, body, and soul so they can create the space necessary to create positive shifts and healing in their life.

And what sets me apart is my experience not just as a coach but from life.

I specialize in:

One-to-One support from cancer diagnosis, through treatment, and into recovery: As an aggressive triple-positive breast cancer survivor herself, I understand how powerful providing a safe space to talk about your emotions with someone who truly understands is, as it can remove the feelings of isolation, relieve stress, and reduce fear, tension, and anxiety.

Spiritual Director & Youth Coaching: Before I started my career in coaching, I studied youth ministries and have a passion for helping people, young and old, step into their God-given power and shine. I am a huge believer that we are all called to live with purpose, and I help my clients tune out the noise so they can tune into God’s voice.

Inspirational Speaking: I am passionate about inspiring change and creating movements of power. And have spoken at Church Youth rallies, Charity Events, and Corporate Wellness events.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

True success is found when we start taking ownership of who we are, what we want, and where we are in life.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success means intentional growth.

Life is about growing past the person you were yesterday and evolving into a stronger version of yourself. Why? Because every day, we are confronted with challenges and new moments that will affect us in some form, both good and bad. And without realizing it, these moments force us to make two choices.

To either grow past it. Or get stuck in it.

When we are intentional with our growth and understand that everything in life is about forward movement and development, we then change how we view life’s challenges. And instead of getting stuck in it, we start looking into how we can utilize it to feed our power and growth.
