It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
My name is Brittany Ramsey also known as Msfitbritt! I am a mother who loves God! I am the Abundance Muscle Mindset Coach. I have over a decade of experience as a Fitness Expert. I am a Mindfulness Online Fitness & Business Coach for busy entrepreneur women and moms! I help women to start believing in themselves and take action to feel alive again, for those who are powerful but somewhere lost their belief and motivation. I help them to awaken their true purpose and passion by building their bodies, build the confidence to show up scaling their business online and increase their bank accounts! I absolutely love what I do! I’ve helped women lose 50Ibs , create a $15k launch in just 3 weeks, and walk away from their 9 to 5. My energy is magnetic and any women looking to get unstuck will shift immediately!
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
Before the Pandemic hit I was depressed, I lost my belief in myself, my motivation and drive also went away. I started comparing myself to others in my industry and I fell apart. I started driving for Lyft on the side to make ends meet, even started looking for 9 to 5’s with only $322 to my name, It hit me one day, that I needed to do something different, and my mindset completely shifted to being more intentional. I started writing my goals, desires and vision down and each day I started putting energy into everything I wrote! I got connected with amazing Coaches and mentors that changed my reality and I made the decision to put God 1st in everything I did. From there I immediately went from $322 in my bank account to hitting $128k in just 9 months with my online fitness programs and my 8 week Abundance Accelerator Mindset Business Coaching Program!
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
As stated earlier, my gift of genius is helping women to shift their mindset immediately! I help women believe in themselves and start taking action to feel alive again. I teach women how to put themselves first while balancing their business, family, and all the desires you still want to accomplish! Not only do women transform their bodies working out online with me, they feel and look good in the mirror naked! I also help women to bring out their true self to pursue their highest purpose in life. We get rid of the self doubt, the negative thoughts and the self sabotage that are literally depleting ladies everyday so that they can feel whole and own their power!
What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
Give yourself grace. Don’t beat yourself up for what you didn’t accomplish yet. If you have a desire to scale your business, lose weight, or build your relationships there’s some things you have to let go of, even people. The more you release, the more you receive! Believe and know that success is here for you right now before you can even touch it or see it. God has the best plan for you, you don’t have to look further! Everyday put your energy into what you want, be very specific and watch how life shifts for you!
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
Success to me means that I’m in alignment! Being in alignment with who I am, completely owning my power, with trust and being energetically behind everything I do. I am balancing my physical, spiritual, emotional and financial goals in life! Success to me also means you are in abundance. Everything that goes out, come in like it never left! I am out of survival mode. I can have it all!
What’s next for you?
I plan to travel speaking internationally helping to elevate women’s mindset into Abundance! I will be helping more women pursue their purpose and passion while scaling my business into a Million dollars!
