Matthew Rabe Targets the Execution Gap Holding Business Owners Back

Business owners have access to more advice than they could realistically use.

There are frameworks for sales, hiring, marketing, delegation, productivity, and nearly every other challenge that comes with running a company. Yet knowing what to do and consistently doing it are two very different things.

Matthew Rabe believes the space between the two deserves more attention.

The founder of Kingdom Training recently launched Limitless Leader, a six week, one on one coaching intensive for overwhelmed business owners who have reached an execution plateau. Rather than giving clients another collection of tactics, Rabe focuses on the identity patterns that may be interfering with their ability to follow through.

“Most leaders don’t have a strategy problem. They have an identity problem,” Rabe says. “You can’t out work a self image that’s set to a lower ceiling.”

The Problem Behind the Problem

Execution difficulties rarely announce themselves as identity issues.

They look more ordinary than that. A founder keeps postponing an important decision. Someone knows delegation is necessary but continues taking work back from the team. A business owner has a clear growth plan but repeatedly loses momentum once implementation becomes uncomfortable.

The usual response is to change the strategy.

Rabe takes a different view. His work at Kingdom Training, a performance coaching company based in Wisconsin’s Fox Valley, centers on examining the internal patterns behind those repeated behaviors.

That thinking led to the creation of his proprietary REWIRE framework, which forms the foundation of Limitless Leader.

Building Structure Around Change

Rabe launched the program July 11 and 12, 2026, at the Omni Hotel in downtown Chicago during the Message to Money mastermind with Paul Getter.

Limitless Leader includes a complete six week curriculum, weekly individual coaching, and structured client tracking. The format reflects Rabe’s belief that identifying a pattern is only useful if the insight eventually changes how someone operates.

That is why the program places considerable emphasis on execution.

Rabe works with clients to examine the self image and internal habits influencing their decisions, then brings those observations back to measurable behavior during the six week engagement.

For a business owner, that might mean looking beyond a missed goal and asking why the same obstacle keeps appearing despite having a reasonable plan to address it.

When Knowledge Stops Being the Constraint

Entrepreneurs are often rewarded for learning quickly. Early in a company’s development, acquiring a new skill or finding the right strategy can produce an immediate difference.

As the business matures, the bottleneck can change.

A founder may eventually have enough information. What becomes harder is consistently making decisions, relinquishing control, tolerating uncertainty, and behaving like the leader the next stage of the company requires.

That is the territory Rabe wants Limitless Leader to address.

His argument is not that strategy has become irrelevant. It is that strategy only produces results when somebody executes it.

For business owners who already know plenty about what they should be doing, that distinction can shift the conversation. Instead of asking for another answer, Rabe wants them to examine what keeps getting in the way of acting on the answers they already have.
