Today we’d like to introduce you to Nicole Jolie.
It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
My name is Nicole Jolie. Born and raised in Hamburg, Germany. My dad is German, my mum is from Costa Rica, so I’m a culture mix. I live officially in Hamburg, Germany, but I also live half in Italy. I’m a singer that grew around music. My two grandfathers were musicians too.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
I’m always chasing my dreams, there is no mountain high enough I cannot reach. I can accomplish anything in life. With hard work and dedication. My parents always believed in me no matter what. Of course being a full time doctor makes it a bit complicated to delicate myself 100% to live my artistic sight to the fullest.
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
I’m a singer, I play piano and guitar as well.
Later I also played clarinet and I was in an orchestra. Music means a place to escape from real life to let go. I also did singing classes and played in theaters. Another passion is acting. Not to mention I’m a full time doctor. My music is always more about the songwriting. Songwriting is my specialty. I don’t need a lot of background in my music.
What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
Always be yourself. Don’t sell your soul to the devil. It’s not worthy and brings you no happiness.
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
That’s a hard one. Success is not being number 1. It means being very good at something, that people recognize and still being you in the process. I’m happy when people hear my music. They love my voice. I prefer to have a small audience, than a big fat lie and doing things that I don’t want to do just for being famous.
What’s next for you?
I’m currently promoting my EP “Vanity Fair” that features single such as “Too Late” “Mirrors” and many more. I plan on continuing to release new music that people can relate to and understand my music on a deeper level.
