Today we’d like to introduce you to Marcus Bell “Bellringer”.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

Firstly, I love people and I love humanity. My life is in service of making the biggest positive impact I can possibly make until my last breath. I discovered my ability in music when I was two years old starting with the piano. I found some article recently of me in a newspaper In Virginia where I grew up where they called me a child prodigy. I didn’t know what that meant then, I only remember getting lost in the music as a kid. It would be like the Disney animated film Soul. When I played, the world disappeared and it was just me, sounds, and spaces. My parents were entrepreneurs and they passed the entrepreneurial virus to me. I started a record label when I was 12 to start releasing songs I had written. I had so much support from my family growing up. They really provided the kind of environment I create for people with my Wealth and Impact Bootcamp. The kind of environment for people to reach their full potential and self-expression no matter what the field. I’ve been an artist my entire life and I’ve been fortunate to work with some incredibly talented and impactful recording artists throughout my music career as an artist, songwriter, and music producer. I’ve had both the business and the creative sides of me in a constant state of practice, nurturing and developing. I believe in lifelong learning and consistently practicing and applying what I learn.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

I was my biggest obstacle to overcome and that work never ends. I see my life in phases. When I was younger I was trying hard to prove myself competent enough to be able to sustain a career in music so I did a lot of gigging as a musician. I would play in churches, wedding bands, festivals, and pretty much whoever would hire me. It was exhausting and a lot of what I would now call labor. I hadn’t realized my value or how to properly articulate it so that people would understand that I could be help for them in the many ways I do for artists now. Then I had to figure out how to transition into a full-time music producer. Creating music for TV and Film was the vehicle that allowed me to do that. Once I started making enough money with people licensing my songs, that’s when things started to change for me. I was able to apply my specialized knowledge as a musician to the craft of producing albums and singles for other people as well as for TV shows and Films that needed music.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

I have created a training and development company that supports people from different fields in defining their purpose, expanding their visibility and monetizing their missions in life and business. I created programs like Wealth and Impact Bootcamp and the 100 Day challenge to be able to support more Impacters in the world. I don’t believe I have competition. I have some competitors in the marketplace and I embraced long ago that there is not another Marcus “Bellringer” Bell. The offer of value and support structures I’ve created with my team is game-changing for people who want to create a better life for themselves, their families, and their communities. I only set up ways to compete against myself or the last song I wrote or the last transformational program I launched, whether that project was in the music industry or the training and development industry.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

The best advice I could offer is not advice but just for people to consider. Consider that what you are doing right now is just a glimpse of what is possible for you. There is something bigger for you to do in the world. I’ve created some tools and structures to help support people discover that bigger thing there is to do. The 100 Dayz Impact Challenge is a good place to start.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success for me is the realization of aims inside of the mission I’ve designed. I care more about doing things that are significant, long-lasting, and impactful. Music does that because when a song is released it can be revisited, shared, and live beyond the life of its creator. The courses I’ve created are communities of people that are making a difference for themselves and others. Their success is my success.

What’s next for you?

I’ve been working on a new Bellringer album. It is my therapy coming out of a breakup that I am aiming to have the first single released in the first or second quarter of next year. There is also the Wealth and Impact Bootcamp that will be launching more courses for people to become financially independent and more known in the world for the value they have to offer humanity.
