It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
Thank you, my name is Frank O. Ekejija; I am the Chairman/CEO of NVC Fund Holding Trust. NVC Fund is a conglomerate engaged as Global Private & Merchant Banking Institution International Wealth Management & Advisory Services. I am also the Chairman/CEO of Ibrands Corporation Ticker symbol: IBRC
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
That is for sure that the journey has not been easy. Nevertheless, God has been my rock and my strength. For instance, the United States SEC has investigated and falsely alleged us on a possible “pump and dump,” narrative, but they failed to prove it, because nothing happened. Rather than drop the matter and apologize for the damages and false assumptions, the SEC officers decided to entangle NVC Fund and me in a misleading allegation in the Federal District Court in California. The whole plot is nothing short of a clandestine attempt to tarnish duty my public integrity and reputation. It is criminal, and duty and they know it. The bottom line is that the Federal Court twice denied the SEC attempted financial extortion from NVC Fund, LLC and me. Good enough, the SEC lawyers eventually confessed in writing that they have no claims and have no allegations concerning any damages against NVC Fund, but rather, they just wanted to collect the civil penalty.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
One of my great mentors, Earl Nightingale, defined success as the progressive realization of a worthy goal. Success is not a destination but rather a progressive journey towards an ideal destination. In other words, you are successful as long as you are focused and working toward realizing a worthy task.

I still have much to accomplish. I desire to build a solid financial institution that will serve the underserved and the marginalized communities worldwide.
