It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
Over the last 20+ years have been dedicated to Selling & developing High end Real estate in the United States and over 20 Caribbean Islands.
In Guyana however which is a mainland country in South America, we develop affordable low, mid and upper income communities using our INTEREST-FREE Homeownership programs to meet the need of the masses of public servants who otherwise would not be able to afford a home. We Started a platform dubbed Project 500 to assist only 500 participants get to a home using our INTEREST FREE Homeownership Platform. The program went viral and morphed into #Project5000++ in 20 months
We were then encouraged to purchase acres of land to accomodate the demand hence http://thecityofavalongy.com was birthed( Building a City from scratch) here in Guyana South America starting with ZERO Dollars and a Dream!!
So from developing individual lots, to small to medium size residential subdivision to now a city in just over 20 years.

Being a Dark Skinned Woman CEO in a colonized land, in a male dominated industry of real estate development in a third world country,where you have to be politically aligned “and you do not do politics but remains “NEUTRAL,” trying to assist masses of people who never ever believed in their entire life that they can own a home on their salaries by flipping their mindset to now believe they can, in an environment where no one has done it before is enough for anyone to quit even before they have begun. I have endured everything and then some and I am still standing in spite of it all,
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
I am a real estate Developer that is on a mission to empower the masses through Homeownership.
I Did a four year feasability study on alternative financing mortgages to give anyone with a desire to own a Brand New home an opportunity to do just that.

As you Chase or Attract your Dreams/goals/purpose/Desire
Be Relentlessly consistent & Resilient in all of your endeavours and you will find success by default!
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
Success to me is being able to live your life on your own terms!
You answer to no one yet your’re accountable for all your actions and inactions.
Success to me is also making a significant impact in the lives of many. We are not going to discount the fact that you could have made a difference in just one person’s life, however when you can create an opportunity that will empower thousands of lives locally and internationally, that makes a world of difference.
A mentor once told me if you can help enough people help themselves, you will help yourself in the process.
