Markos From Trinidad & Tobago Is On A Mission To Impact A Large Audience With His Gifts
Today we’d like to introduce you to Israel Mark.
It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
My name is Israel Mark, mainly known as Markos. I’m a 20-year-old millionaire from Trinidad & Tobago. I’ve built up my wealth so far by running a successful marketing agency. I would help brands/individuals accomplish whatever goal they have by using specific marketing strategies on social media platforms. Our main selling point was the use of known influencers & celebrities to promote our clients’ products or services.
After seeing the value of influence, I’m now going full-time into building up my own influence here in the Caribbean. I create content online that reaches & impacts a large audience. My brand revolves around conducting social experiments that result in persons being rewarded monetarily. For example, I would pretend to be homeless and if someone helps me, I’d tip them $1000. Or I’d ask a stranger for assistance in paying for an item and if they proceed to do so, I’d tip them $1000. My content will get more exciting and larger in rewards as time goes by.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
All that you see now did not happen overnight, it wasn’t luck or by chance. People see me, a 20-year-old, giving away thousands of dollars on the streets and living somewhat of an amazing life but don’t know the failures and sacrifices that were made. I’ve been building my business since I was 16 years old, at 18 I had to live on my own and at 19 years old my business failed, with every part of my life crashing to the ground. I got evicted from my apartment and had to live at a friend’s house for a couple of months while people bashed my name and rubbed the failure in my face. After being fed up with feeling like a loser every single day, I decided to move into my mother’s one-bedroom apartment and sleep on the couch. I made up my mind to go harder at the same business that crashed (my social media agency). I built and tested new offers and pitched to clients day after day while revamping my offer after every rejection I got. Soon enough I found a winning service and scaled it to 6 figures a month and made my first million dollars in Trinidad & Tobago.
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
Presently I’m focusing on improving my content on TikTok and finding more interesting ways to give away money while testing persons’ kindness through my social experiments. I also mentor individuals in building their business the right way and guiding them through this rough journey called entrepreneurship. The name of my mentorship club is called the “Winner Circle”. So far, members of my club are seeing tangible results in their business due to the strategic steps and past experiences I’m teaching in my program. The two key concepts I teach in the Winner Circle are the importance of online content & building a solid word of mouth marketing system through excellent client experience.
What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
For entrepreneurs, the best advice I would give is to dive deeply into learning how to sell and how to build/manage a team. Once you master those two things, you will be able to scale easily within any business venture you tackle. After that, focus on selling value to your clients. Figure out how you can offer true value to someone first before focusing on what value it brings to you. People over Profits is key.
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
The word success means something different to everyone. To me, it means having the time and freedom to do whatever I want in life and to bring genuine happiness to persons that I engage with during my time on this earth.
What’s next for you?
I’m just gonna focus on building my brand online and impacting as many people as I can through my gifts. I’m a philanthropist at day and an entrepreneur at night.
Finally, how can people connect with you if they want to learn more?
